Grateful
This is a little something that Betsy, the girl's leader, wrote in her journal:
Grateful
to the river that flows
cool on my feet
to share this experience
with wonderful girls
to see some wildlife i have
never seen-a beaver with her baby!
to be given this opportunity
to Heidi and Jessica for their
hard work and leadership-
so I can also be"one of the
girls" in some ways
to have met Ryan, Mike, Mark
and Ruth.
